Asparagus andSpinach Salad
24 oz Baby Spinach
2 bunches Asparagus (bottoms cut off and cut into 3rds)
3 oz Olive Oil
2 oz Beef Shake
4 oz Candied Pecans
4 oz Feta Cheese
4 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
8 oz Honey Bourbon BBQ Sauce
Combine Apple Cider Vinegar and Z Grill Honey Bourbon BBQ Sauce to create salad dressing.
When ready to cook, start the Z Grill grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Toss the asparagus with Olive Oil and theZ Grill Beef Shake. Put asparagus in theZ Grill Grilling Basket and move the basket to the grill grate.
Grill for about 10 minutes.Remove the asparagus once it is cooked.
Place the hot asparagus right on top of the bowl of spinach. Add candied pecans, feta cheese ; salad dressing then toss and serve. Enjoy!
