Smoked Whole Nutmeg
2 OZ MITCHER’S BOURBON
1.5 TSP PUMPKIN PUREE
0.5 OZ SMOKED SIMPLE SYRUP
1 LARGE ORGANIC EGG
Smoked nutmeg: When ready to cook, start the Z Grill grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Place whole nutmeg on a sheet tray and place in the grill. Smoke 1 hour. Remove from grill and let cool.
Add everything to a shaker and shake without ice. Add ice, then shake and strain into a chilled highball glass.
Garnish with grated, smoked nutmeg.Enjoy!
