5 cups fresh cranberries
3/4 cup apple juice
2 green apples, peeled and small dice
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
When ready to cook, set temperature to 425˚F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in an extra large pot, it will bubble and splatter.
Bring to a boil on the Z Grill stirring every few minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Cook fo 20 minutes and then reduce heat to 350˚F and simmer for 15 more minutes.
Optional: For extra flavor, add orange zest and vanilla extra.
Serve warm or cooled. Enjoy!
