Grilled Chili-Lime Corn
12 ears Fresh Corn
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Juice of 2 limes
1 Tbsp Lime Zest
Soak the ears of corn, still in their husk, in water for 4 to 8 hours.
When ready to cook, start the Z Grill according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place corn directly on grill grates. Turn corn every 15 minutes for 45 minutes total cooking time.
Combine chili powder, onion powder, Summer Shandy rub, lime juice, lime zest and butter in an oven safe dish and place in grill for 10 minutes. Remove corn and butter from the grill.
Pull corn husk back, but not off and remove corn silk. Using the corn husk as a handle, brush the corn with the melted chili-lime butter. Enjoy!
