1.5 OZ BOURBON
0.5 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
3 DASHES BITTERS LAB
CHARRED CEDAR AND CURRANT Bitters
When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Place the lemon and orange peels directly on the grill grate and cook 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add bourbon, simple syrup, bitters lab, and charred cedar and currant bitters to a mixing glass and stir over ice. Stir until glass is chilled and contents are well diluted.
Strain into a new glass over fresh ice and garnish with grilled lemon and orangepeels. Enjoy!
