2 lbs. Chicken Wings
1 whole Garlic Bulb
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 cup Mayo
1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. Basil
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Corn Syrup
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
When ready to cook, start the Z Grill on Smoke with the lid open until a fire is established (4-5 minutes). Turn temperature to 450 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place garlic in foil; add chicken on top. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Seal foil edges.
Place sealed foil packet on grill; cook for 30 minutes. Halfway through flip the chicken.
Place all sauce ingredients in a bowl; combine. Once the roasted garlic is done, add 6 cloves to the sauce. Add more as desired.
Serve chicken with sauce on top. Enjoy!
