Wash all wings and place into resealable bag.
Add Italian Dressing to the resealable bag containing the wings. Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate for 6-12 hours.
When ready to cook, set the Z Grill to 225℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Remove wings from marinade and shake off excess marinade. Season all sides of the wings with Z Grill Chicken Rub and let sit for 15 minutes before putting wings on the Z Grill.
Cook wings to an internal temperature of 160℉.
Remove the wings and toss in Chili Barbecue Sauce.
Increase the temperature to 375℉ and preheat. Once at temperature, place the wings on the Z Grill and sear both sides getting the internal temperature of the chicken wings to at least 165℉.
Remove the wings from the smoker and let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite side wing dressing or sauce. Enjoy!
