bacon weaved stuffed turkey breast
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup celery, diced
14 Ounce Stuffing Mix
2 Tablespoon chopped sage
4 Tablespoon Your Favorite Chicken Rub
1/2 Cup Cranberries, dried
2 Cup apple cider
20 Strips thick-cut bacon

Prepare the stuffing: Add all stuffing ingredients into a large bowl and toss to mix together.

Create a bacon weave and lay it out in a 5x5 pattern on cutting board.

Using a long, thin knife, butterfly each of the turkey breasts. Stuff each breast with a generous amount of stuffing and close.

Place turkey breast on prepared bacon weave, carefully wrap turkey, and secure with tooth picks. Repeat for the second breast.

When ready to cook, start the Z Grill grill and set the temperature to 375 degrees F. Preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place the breasts seam side down on a rimmed baking sheet. Transfer directly to grill.

Place the bacon wrapped turkey breasts directly to the Z Grill and cook for approximately 45 mins to 1 hour or until an instant read thermometer inserted into the center of the stuffing reaches 165 degrees F.

If the bacon gets too dark, cover with foil. Slice and enjoy!
