1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon paprika
1 Cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup flour
2 Whole lemon, halved

Place pork chops individually between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Pound with a meat mallet until they are around 1/4 to 1/8” thick. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
Mix the garlic powder and paprika in a bowl. In another bowl whisk the eggs. In a third bowl add the breadcrumbs.
Dip pork cutlets one by one into flour shaking off any excess, then into eggs and then into the breadcrumbs. Place breaded pork cutlets onto a lightly oiled wire rack over a baking sheet.

Remove from grill and serve immediately with grilled lemons. Enjoy!
