1 whole nutmeg
2 Ounce Michter’s Bourbon
1 1/2 Teaspoon pumpkin puree
1/2 Ounce Your Favorite Smoked Simple Syrup
1 Large egg
Smoked nutmeg: When ready to cook, set Z Grill temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Pellet Tube if available.
Place whole nutmeg on a sheet tray and place in the grill. Smoke 1 hour. Remove from grill and let cool.
Add everything to a shaker and shake without ice. Add ice, then shake and strain into a chilled highball glass.
Garnish with grated, smoked nutmeg. Enjoy!
