INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (3 lb) pork belly, skin removed

  • 4 Tablespoon salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper

  • As Needed Your Favorite Pork & Poultry Rub

PREPARATION

When ready to cook, set Z Grill temperature to 275℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, season pork belly on both sides with salt, pepper and Z Grill Pork & Poultry Rub. Place pork belly directly on the grill grate and cook for 3 to 3-1/2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 200℉.

Remove from grill and let rest 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.

Serve in tacos, mac and cheese, nachos or your favorite dish. Enjoy!
