game day cheese dip
8 Slices bacon
8 cream cheese, softened
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
2 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 Cup Swiss cheese
3 scallions, chopped
2 Teaspoon Horseradish, fresh
1/4 Cup Swiss cheese
When ready to cook, start the Z Grill on Smoke with the lid open until a fire is established (4-5 minutes). Turn temperature to 400 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, swiss cheese (except cheese for topping), scallions, horseradish and crumbled bacon.
Transfer to a shallow small casserole or baking dish. Top the dip with the additional 1/4 cup of extra swiss cheese.
Place the casserole dish on the Z Grill grill grate and cook until golden and bubbly at edges, 15 to 18 minutes.
Top with chopped scallions. Enjoy!
