green bean casserole

INGREDIENTS


  • 1/2 Stick butter

  • 1 Small onion

  • 1/2 Cup Mushrooms, fresh

  • 4 Can Green Beans, canned

  • 2 Can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 Teaspoon BBQ Seasoning Salt

When ready to cook, set Z Grill to Smoke with the lid open (about 4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 375 degrees F and preheat with the lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes.

Melt butter in a cast iron skillet and add onions and mushrooms stirring occasionally until softened.

Add drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup and stir gently to combine.

Season with seasoning salt and pepper and sprinkle the top with the shredded cheddar cheese and onion rings.
