grilled asparagus and spinach salad


  • 4 Fluid Ounce apple cider vinegar

  • 8 Fluid Ounce Your Favorite Honey Bourbon BBQ Sauce

  • 2 Bunch Asparagus, fresh

  • 3 Fluid Ounce extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 Ounce Your Favorite Beef Rub

  • 24 Ounce Spinach, fresh

  • 4 Ounce Candid Pecans

  • 4 Ounce Cheese, Feta




This roasted holiday salad consists of bright greens, candied pecans, & tangy spices. If you’re ‘going green’ this delicious salad is a step in the right direction.


When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.


Toss the asparagus with Olive Oil and the Z Grill Beef Shake. Put asparagus in the Z Grill Grilling Basket and move the basket to the grill grate.


Grill for about 10 minutes. Remove the asparagus once it is cooked.


Place the hot asparagus right on top of the bowl of spinach. Add candied pecans, feta cheese & salad dressing then toss and serve. Enjoy!
