grilled blackened saskatchewan salmon

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 salmon fillets

  • As Needed zesty Italian dressing

  • As Needed Your Favorite Blackened Saskatchewan Rub

  • As Needed lemon wedges

PREPARATION

Brush salmon with Italian dressing and season with Z Grill Blackened Saskatchewan Rub.

When ready to cook, set Z Grill temperature to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place salmon on the grill and cook for 20 to 30 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145℉ and flakes easily. Remove salmon from grill. Serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
