8 Whole ears fresh corn
As Needed olive oil
As Needed Your Favorite Veggie Rub
To Taste salt
To Taste pepper
As Needed butter
When ready to cook, set Z Grill temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Peel back corn husks and remove the silk. Rub corn with olive oil and season with Veggie rub, salt and pepper.
Close husks and place directly on the grill grate. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until corn is tender. Serve hot with butter. Enjoy!
