grilled trout with citrus & basil
6 Whole Trout
2 Teaspoon Your Favorite Blackened Saskatchewan Rub
10 Sprig Basil, fresh
2 Lemons, cut in half
As Needed extra-virgin olive oil
When ready to cook, set the Z Grill to 450℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Season the center cavity of the trout with the Z Grill Blackened Saskatchewan. Place two sprigs of Basil in each cavity, then add 4 lemon halves.
Next tie the fish closed using the Butchers twine, and then rub with olive oil.
Place the trout on the hot grill and cook 5 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
