kimi's simple grilled fresh fish

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 Cup soy sauce

  • 1/3 Cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced

  • 2 Medium lemon juice

  • Stalk Basil, fresh

  • 4 Pound Fresh Fish, cut into portion-sized pieces

Mix all ingredients to create sauce and cover fish in marinade for 45 minutes.

Grill the marinated fish on the Z Grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 140-145℉. Serve immediately, enjoy!
