6 Whole Chicken Breast
1 Tablespoon chopped thyme
1 Tablespoon rosemary, chopped
1 Tablespoon Basil, Fresh, Chopped
2 Whole lemon, juiced
1 Tablespoon lemon zest
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper
3 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and coat the chicken breasts. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed (10-15 minutes).
Place chicken on the hot grill for 8 minutes per side, or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165F.
Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice into strips and serve.
