mahi-mahi shish kabobs
INGREDIENTS
1 Fillet, mahi-mahi
1 zucchini
1 Cup red onion, sliced
1 Cup baby carrots
1 Cup Green Beans, flat
1 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 Teaspoon Your Favorite Veggie Rub
1 Teaspoon Your Favorite Blackened Saskatchewan Rub
1 Teaspoon Basil, leaves
PREPARATION

Cut mahi-mahi into fifteen squares.

Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan. Thread ingredients onto Z Grill skewers.

When ready to cook, start the Z Grill and set the temperature to 500F and preheat, lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place kabobs in grill and cook for 8 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
