INGREDIENTS


  • 8 Large Potatoes, red

  • To Taste salt

  • To Taste black pepper

  • 1/2 Cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 Cup butter

  • To Taste salt

  • To Taste black pepper

PREPARATION

When ready to cook, set temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Slice red potatoes in half, lengthwise then cut in half again to make quarters. Season potatoes with salt and pepper.

Increase the heat to High and preheat. Once the grill is hot, set potatoes directly on the grill grate.

Every 15 minutes flip potatoes to ensure all sides get color. Continue to do this until potatoes are fork tender.

When tender, mash potatoes with cream, butter, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve warm, enjoy!
