parmesan roasted cauliflower
1 Whole Cauliflower, cut into florets
1 Medium Onion, Sliced
4 Clove garlic
4 Tablespoon olive oil
To Taste salt
To Taste black pepper
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
When ready to cook, start the Z Grill grill, set the temperature to 400 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
On a baking tray, mix together cauliflower, onion, thyme, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place tray on preheated grill and cook until cauliflower is firm and almost tender (about 25 minutes).
Sprinkle cauliflower with parmesan cheese and continue to cook on the Z Grill for another 10 to 15 minutes. Cauliflower should be tender and the parmesan crisp.
Serve immediately, enjoy!
