roasted broccoli with parmesan

INGREDIENTS


  • 6 Cup Fresh Broccoli, Cut into Bite Sized Chunks

  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 Clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated

PREPARATION

Place broccoli in a large zip-top bag. Combine the lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper; drizzle over broccoli and toss to coat. Let stand for 30 minutes.

When ready to cook, set the Z Grill to 325℉ and preheat for 15 minutes. Place the broccoli in Z Grill's Grilling Basket to prevent the broccoli from sticking or falling through the grate. Grill broccoli for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender, top with parmesan. Enjoy! *Cook times will vary depending on set and ambient temperatures.
