roasted green beans with bacon

INGREDIENTS


  • Pound Green Beans, fresh

  • 4 Strips Bacon, Cut Into Small Pieces

  • 4 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 Clove garlic, minced

  • 1 Teaspoon kosher salt

PREPARATION

When ready to cook, set grill temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Toss all ingredients together and spread out evenly on a sheet tray.

Place the tray directly on the grill grate and roast until the bacon is crispy and beans are lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
