roasted ham with apricot sauce
1 (8-10 lb) Snake River Farms Kurobuta Whole Bone-In Ham
1 Bottle Your Favorite Apricot BBQ Sauce
1/4 Cup horseradish
2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
When ready to cook, set Z Grill temperature to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Place ham in a large roasting pan lined with aluminum foil. Place pan on grill and cook for 90 minutes.
For the Glaze: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the Z Grill Apricot BBQ Sauce, horseradish and mustard. Set aside and keep warm.
After 90 minutes, brush the ham with the glaze. Continue to cook for another 30 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the ham reaches an internal temperatures of 135℉.
Remove ham from grill and rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
Serve with remaining glaze if desired. Enjoy!
