roasted mashed potatoes
5 Pound Potatoes, Yukon gold
1 1/2 Stick butter
1 1/2 Cup heavy cream
To Taste salt and pepper
When ready to cook, set the Z Grill to 300℉ (150 C) and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Place the potatoes in a foil tin and cover, roast in the Z Grill, until tender about 40 minutes.
Heat cream and butter together or set aside to come to room temp.
Whip potatoes by hand or with a hand mixer and add the cream and butter.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
