roasted tingle wings
3 Whole jalapeño
1 Tablespoon Trappey's Red Devil Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/2 Cup Your Favorite Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce
2 Tablespoon Your Favorite Blackened Saskatchewan Rub
1/2 Cup honey
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Cup water
For the sauce, place all ingredients except the wings into a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour the sauce into a resealable plastic bag and place the wings in the bag, turning to coat thoroughly. Marinate for 1 hour to overnight.
When ready to cook set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed 10-15 minutes.
Place wings directly on the gill grate and cook for 30 minutes or until wings reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Enjoy!
