INGREDIENTS


  • 10 Whole Venison Steaks, 6oz

  • 1 L Diet Sprite

  • 6 Ounce Your Favorite Big Game Rub

  • 2 Pound asparagus

PREPARATION

Steps

The night before, marinade the steaks with sprite and big game rub.

When ready to cook, start the Z Grill grill on 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10-15 minutes.

Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry. Place steaks directly on the grill grate and cook 10-15 minutes flipping once until the internal temperature reaches 125 degrees for medium rare.

Add asparagus to the grill and cook 10 minutes turning once. Let steaks rest ten minutes before serving. Enjoy!
