ryes and shine cocktail
1 lemon, thinly sliced
3 Tablespoon sugar
1 Ounce Rye
1/2 Ounce bourbon
1 1/2 Ounce lemon juice
1/2 Ounce Your Favorite Smoked Simple Syrup
3 Dash Fernet-Branca
When ready to cook, set the Z Grill to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Toss lemon wheels with granulated sugar to coat on both sides. Place wheels directly on the grill grate and cook for 15 minutes on each side or until grill marks form.
Add rye, bourbon, lemon juice, Z Grill simple syrup and fernet branca to a shaker and shake until slightly diluted (about 10-15 seconds).
Pour into a fresh glass, served neat and garnished with a grilled lemon wheel. Enjoy!
