smoked baby back ribs

INGREDIENTS


  • 3 Rack baby back ribs

  • To Taste kosher salt

  • To Taste cracked black pepper

PREPARATION

Steps

Peel membrane from back side of the ribs and season both sides with salt and pepper.

When ready to cook, set Z Grill temperature to 225℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Pellet Tube if available.

Cook meat side up for two hours. Flip ribs so the meat side is down and cook for an additional hour. Enjoy!
