1 Pound bologna log
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
1 Teaspoon soy sauce
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Score the bologna log being careful not to cut too deep.
Mix brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce together.
Once mixed, rub it all over the bologna.
When ready to cook, set Z Grill temperature to 225℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Smoke bologna for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove from grill and let cool.
Slice and serve with sandwiches. Enjoy!
