INGREDIENTS


  • 2 Pound ground beef

  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 Tablespoon Your Favorite Beef Rub

PREPARATION

Steps

Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce and Z Grill Beef rub.

Form beef mixture into 8 hamburger patties.

When ready to cook, set Z Grill temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Pellet Tube if available.

Place patties directly on the grill grate and smoke for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, remove from grill and serve with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
