smoked crab legs


  • 4 Whole crab legs

  • 4 Tablespoon butter, melted

  • 1/2 Cup Your Favorite Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce

  • To Taste salt and pepper

  • 1 Tablespoon Your Favorite Fin & Feather Rub




When ready to cook, set Z Grill temperature to 250℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.


Place the crab legs directly on the grill grate and smoke for 20 minutes.


While the crab is smoking, make the sauce. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, Z Grill Texas Spicy BBQ sauce, salt, pepper and Z Grill Fin & Feather Rub.


After 20 minutes of cooking, brush the crab legs with the BBQ sauce mixture. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes reserving the remaining sauce to serve. Remove crab legs from the grill, and serve with melted butter and BBQ sauce mixture. Enjoy!
