smoked hot buttered rum
2 Cup water
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Stick butter, melted
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch ground cloves
6 Ounce Rum
When ready to cook, set Z Grill temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Pellet Tube if available.
In a shallow baking dish, combine 2 cups water with all ingredients except for the rum and place directly on the grill grate. Smoke for 30 minutes.
Remove from the grill and pour into the pitcher of a blender. Process until somewhat frothy.
Pour 1.5 ounces of rum each into 4 glasses. Split hot butter mixture evenly between the four glasses.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and freshly grated nutmeg. Enjoy!
