smoked ice mojito slurpee
INGREDIENTS
Cup water
1 Cup Rum, White
1/2 Cup lime juice
1/4 Cup Your Favorite Smoked Simple Syrup
12 Whole fresh mint leaves
4 Sprig mint
4 Whole Lime Wedge

When ready to cook, set grill temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Pellet Tube if available.

Pour 3 cups of water into a metal high sided pan. Place pan on grill and smoke water for 30 minutes.

Remove water from grill and pour smoked water into ice cube trays. Place in freezer until frozen.

Add rum, lime juice, Z Grill Smoked Simple Syrup, mint and smoked ice to a blender.

Blend until a slushy consistency and pour into glasses.

Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge. Enjoy!
