INGREDIENTS


  • Pound Mushrooms, fresh

  • 1/2 Cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 Cup soy sauce

  • 1 Teaspoon Your Favorite Blackened Saskatchewan Rub

PREPARATION

Clean mushrooms and place in a large Ziploc bag. Add apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and rub.

Mix well and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

When ready to cook, start the Z Grill grill, set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place cast iron skillet inside grill for 20 minutes to warm up.

Add the mushrooms and marinade slowly into the cast iron skillet.

Cook uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover the skillet and cook another 30 minutes until mushrooms are tender.

Remove skillet from grill and let mushrooms cool down for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
