smoked spring tea cocktail
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 1/2 Ounce vodka
3 Ounce Lapsang Souchong Tea
1 1/2 Ounce lemonade
As Needed fresh mint leaves
When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal results, set to 500℉ if available.
For the grilled lemon garnish: Coat lemon slices with sugar and put directly on the grill grate. Caramelized lemons until golden, about 15-20 minutes and use to garnish the cocktail.
For the cocktail: Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and strain over clean ice.
Garnish with a grilled lemon and mint. This cocktail can be batched into a pitcher as well. Enjoy!
