smoking gun cocktail
1 Jar Onion, Cocktail
1 1/2 Ounce vodka
1/2 Ounce Dry Vermouth
When ready to cook, set temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
To make the smoked onion vermouth: Pour a jar of vermouth soaked cocktail onions onto a shallow sheet pan. Smoke for 45 minutes.
To make the cocktail: Add vodka, smoked onion vermouth, and dry vermouth into a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with smoked cocktail onions on a skewer. Enjoy!
