smoky paloma cocktail
INGREDIENTS
1 Grapefruit, Sliced
2 Tablespoon Jacobsen Salt Co. Cherrywood Smoked Salt
2 Ounce Cazadores Reposado Tequila
1 Ounce soda water
3/4 Ounce Grapefruit, Juice
1/2 Ounce Simple Syrup

When ready to cook, set grill temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Grill grapefruit slices 10 minutes until lightly browned.

Place smoked sea salt in a shallow dish. Wet rim of the glass with grapefruit then dip in sea salt to coat the rim.

Add all ingredients except the grapefruit slices in a tumbler filled with ice and stir well. Garnish with grilled grapefruit slice and Enjoy!
