strawberry basil daiquiri
2 Strawberries, fresh
2 Tablespoon granulated sugar

1 Ounce lime juice
1/2 Ounce Simple Syrup

When ready to cook, start the Z Grill grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 375 degrees F and preheat, lid closed for 10-15 minutes.
Cut strawberries in half and coat in 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. Place directly on grill grate and cook for15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
Add 1 Tbsp granulated sugar and basil leaves to shaking tin and lightly muddle. Add strawberries and muddle again.
Pour in white rum, lime juice, and Z Grill simple syrup. Shake with ice.
Strain contents into a chilled glass and garnish with large fresh basil leaf and sliced lime. Enjoy!
