sweet and spicy pork roast
INGREDIENTS
3 Pound Pork, Loins
1 Pepper, habanero
1 Can Coconut Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 Teaspoon curry powder
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
1 Teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Mix all ingredients, except pork, in a bowl. Rub the mixture onto your pork and let it sit overnight.

When ready to cook, set the Z Grill to 300℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place pork on hot grill. Cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145-150℉ for medium-rare to medium. Enjoy!
