20 Ounce Snake River Farms Boneless Strip Steak or Rib Steak Butterflied into Heart Shape
2 Ounce Jacobsen Salt Co. Pure Kosher Sea Salt
2 Teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoon Raw Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Draw a large heart on a piece of cardboard, shape to size of meat selected. Cut out cardboard heart shape, then trim meat into heart shape.
Combine all ingredients on the cut steak.
When ready to cook, set the temperature to 450° F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Grill steak for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until you’ve reached desired doneness. Remove from grill. Let rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
