INGREDIENTS
1 Pound Pizza Dough, Frozen
2 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Clove garlic, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 Tomatoes, sliced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
As Needed dried oregano
As Needed black pepper
PREPARATION

Unthaw dough according to the package's directions. Coat the cake pan with non-stick spray and place the dough in pan and form crust. Drizzle 2 tbsp. of olive oil on the dough.

Spread garlic, onion, and red pepper on dough, making sure to leave the crust uncovered.

Place tomatoes on top of the crust, and drizzle remaining olive oil on top. Finish with oregano and pepper.

When ready to cook, start the Z Grill grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 450F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cook for 30 minutes. The crust should be firm to the touch and golden. Enjoy!
