1 Egg White
1 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 Tablespoon Your Favorite Smoked Simple Syrup
3 Tablespoon Whistlepig Farmstock Rye Crop No.002
1 Rosemary Leaf, wet
4 Your Favorite Pecan Pellets
2 Dash Angostura bitters
In a tin, add egg white, lemon juice, simple syrup and FarmStock Rye Crop 002. Dry shake then wet shake (with ice).
Flame wood pellets and wet rosemary leaf for 20 seconds or so and place rocks glass over smoking pellets and rosemary. Smoke the glass for a minute or so.
Pour contents of whiskey sour over ice and add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top. Garnish with smoked rosemary if desired. Enjoy!
